Hi everyone,
This is my first day on this forum. I just weighed myself today and to my great disappointment found that I am 170
up from 145 back in January.
I was at 165 in September and managed to lose those 20 pounds in 5 months and I'm just so upset with myself for gaining all this weight back..and then some
.At my gym I was told that I have a small frame so the added weight really shows and I really cant stand to take a picture of myself. Anyway I'm really afraid to gain more weight and REALLY want to lose weight and keep it off
So my goal now is to try again and figure out a way to keep my weight off. I think part of the reason I ended up gaining all this weight is that I stopped being consistent about going to the gym. I also stopped counting my calories somewhere along the way.
SO my plan is to track my weight on here and get encouragement from everyone here who is pretty much in the same boat as me.
I will be tracking what i am doing to lose weight and please feel free to tell me if i need to make any modifications.
I look forward to learning from you and getting to know you!!
