Hello everyone

I'm an 18-year-old girl from Northern Europe whos at the moment scared as hell of gaining weight. The thing is, I was in an accident about 3 weeks ago and fractured my leg. Now I have to walk with crutches for at least 6-7 weeks, meaning that I got about 3 weeks left before I can even think of walking.
So far I've actually lost weight... You all know hospital food, I didnt eat anything for 5 days because of the surgery and everything. Now I'm however gaining back that lost weight and I really need to take action...
It would be awesome to actually lose some more weight but right now the most important thing is to stop me from gaining any more... This is awful, I'm not used to life without exercise, but I'm hoping that being strict and restricting calories will be enough.
I have a background of ortorexia/anorexia but I dont think I want to go that far again.
