Just intresting in knowing what kind of scale everyone is using? I have just been using the one at the gym. Im sure its calibrated..its not digital though dangit! My scale that I have here at home is worthless and I put it away because I went thru a period where I was getting on the scale every single morning at 4am. AWFULLLLLLLLL :hat:
 
I use a WW scale that I bought 50% off because it was a display, lol. Seems to be accurate when compared to the gym's. The scale I had before I got this new one was ancient and it would tell me I weighed about 30-50 lbs less than what I did... Man that was great. :p
 
Ha!!! Are you serious, it was off by that much? Im debating on going and splurging on scale. I may check craigslist first. I don't want to get back in the trend of obsessing over my numbers, but then again I need an accurate reading.

Yeah I found mine for like 15 bucks at Bed, Bath & Beyond. I wasn't all crazy about having one but now it's kinda nice to be able to step on and see where I'm at. I still don't rely too heavily on the numbers unless it's my day to weigh in.
 
Sooooooooooooooo I made it to BBB this evening.. I got a SCALE!!! Yipeee and it's digital. Oooowiiii.. There was nothing in the clearance isle!! Boohoo but I figured it's a decent investment. They have so many advanced scales now. I was like huhh whaaaaaaaaaat.. shooot gimme the basics. I got a Home Medics one. Pretty much I put all the scales on the floor, stepped on them one at a time and whatever one gave me the lowest reading I snatched up! Hahhaa.. kidding but the thought did cross my mind. One good thing is.. the scale at the gym didn't do me any favors cuz im actually at 190.3!! Hollarrrrrrrrr. I know thats not too exciting but to me, it is.. im ready to be in the 180's and on down... Anyways thanks for the suggestions on the scale! I almost got the WW one but now they have some advanced WW one that was like 70 bux!! Im straight on all that.. I spent 39 for mine yikes!!
