Saying hi and sharing my fitness tips

Just wanted to make a quick post to say hi. I have recently lost 25 pounds and really boosted my muscle mass. Through reading, watching video tutorials and working with a trainer, I was able to achieve great results. I am looking forward to sharing my tips with everyone on the fitness.com forums.
