Hi Everyone,

Good to meet you all. I've been looking for a site like this where I can learn how to become more fit, lean and a bit more muscular.

Right now, I need more than anything to get rid of my belly fat.
Does anyone know the best and fastest way to do this?

Yes. Eat clean, exercise and lift weights.

What are you doing currently? Start by telling us what you eat on a typical day.
 
HI i am new here also;just keep lifting and cardio and make sure your nutrition is right on. IT is 80% of lifting good luck
 
THIS is what i eat on my lifting days.PRE workout---1/3 cup oats,1 pear, cottage cheese low fat 1/2cup---POST w/o whey protien with 1 cup milk 1 cup water tbl spoon low fat yogurt---3rd chicken breast,sweet potato,veggies---4th fish or steak lean,veggies and fruit--5th fruit, whey shake and almonds--6th fish,veggies and a salad w/ olive oil and vinegar--7th if hungry peanut butter 2 tbl spoons. MY 7th day i have 1 cheat meal of what i want.
