Most people have done these before but here's the gist of it.
You weigh once a week (choose whatever day you like best), and choose a goal for the end of the month.
Anyone can join at any time during the month!

August 28: 141.2
Sept 4:
Sept 11:
Sept 18:
Sept 25:

Goal weight will be 137. If I can get my eating under control that should be an attainable goal.

Sept 8 - Goal 255

I will be posting my weigh in for next week. Not expecting any losses at the moment, hoping to stay the same really!

Not sure how much is real loss versus the wild swings in the scale but looking forward to seeing how it all works out by the end of the month. One decision at a time but so far feeling like my head is in the right place to keep making (mostly) good decisions.

Bounced back up a pound after two good weeks. Looking forward to another good week. GL to all
 
Great job to those going down on the scales. I'm crossing fingers to get my weight back down to my starting weight for this month but I don't think it's terribly likely unless I have more water weight and less actual weight on me than I think!
