
Hey folks, good to meet ya.
I'm actually here on behalf of someone else, since they don't feel comfortable asking questions about fitness simply because they are uncomfortable with the idea that they are "out of shape" and the like. I intend to ask my fair share of questions since I have no knowledge of working our properly, and I would be grateful if you guys could save me a headache trying to piece together a routine that I'd have no clue if it'd work or not.
