sagging breasts

just to start, my girlfriend is wonderful.

But she is worrying about wearing a bikini because she has sagging breasts. she's not one to wear support bras cos they're generally not very good.

Is there any exercises to tone them up? i'm guessing press ups but any other ideas?

shes about 5'3 very slim, uk size 8 and has 36c.

I think she's perfect and i keep telling her that

Bras with good support aren't just for looks, they actually do support the breast tissue, which helps prevent damage and sagging. This is especially important while pregnant, breastfeeding, and exercise. So, even if she thinks they are uncomfortable, she might could try to get used to it b/c they can help.

For exercises - as always, a good well rounded exercise plan is the way to go. Chest exercises can help to develop the pectoral muscles, which can give a more lifted appearance to the breasts. Back exercises improve posture, which, again, help boobies look better. The same goes for developing the deltoids and the arms, as a fit upper body help to contribute to the overall package.

OH, and lower body work too, b/c people don't notice the saggy boobs as much when your a*s is smokin'.:p

exercise to some degree, but a large part of this is the weight of her 36C's stretching the skin that holds the breast tissue.

the skin can tighten up some on its own.

there are also cosmetic 'breast lift' surgeries that make em all perky again.

Also if she's only 5'3" and very slim it cold be that she's been wearing the wrong size bra thus giving herself NO support at all--which even on relatively small breast isn't good in the long run.

The 36 has to do with the width of her back (torso) and not the size of the breasts which is what the cup size is for. She may actually need a 32D instead.

A relatively slim person should not be wearing a 36 but more like a 32 or 34. You may want to suggest that to her. Vicotias Secret makes wonderful full support bras that are comfortable and also pretty. They're not cheap but on some things you really DO get what you pay for.

That's what I was thinking; 36 sounds big for a 5'3" petite woman. Apparently most women wear the wrong size bra because they're terrible at measuring themselves.
Treat her to a nice bra from a reputable outfitters (like Rigby & Peller in the UK), it might set you back quite a bit (Cheapest being about £50/$100) but it's an important investment for a woman in the long term and you know the measurement is correct.

Also, if she's petite then her bust sounds pretty big for her frame, that might be why she finds sports bras ineffective. Why not suggest she wears two? This was recommended to my girlfriend who's a 36D

I would recommend that she go to a specialty bra shop to get fitted (they do this for free). I am 5' 7" and not wjhat I would consider a small-framed person (147lbs) and only a 34 which surprised the heck outta me as I had been wearing 36-38's. And I have very big boobs, so I know of that which I speak.

Also, while exercising she should not be too worried about the attractiveness of her bra (I cannot imagine ever wearing anything from Victoria's secret to workout in). She needs a GOOD support bra, like something from Goddess (low on attractiveness high, high, high on support and for running they have wireless bras that are much more comfortable with zero bounce!).

Also, I assume she is wearing underwire bras during the day. Have her put on a bra (w/o a shirt). That wire that curves up between her breasts should lay flat against her skin. It should not poke out at all. If it does she is wearing the wrong size. The wire that turns up outside her breast should also lay flat against the skin.

Also, while she is in that specialty bra store she should ask them to recommend some bikinis and they should be able to fit her with something attractive that fits. If not, I have had bikini's made for me (back when I was young and cellulite free). It really was not much more expensive then a good quality bathing suit.

I bet you she's a 32 D. Most of the time, women need to go up in cup size, and down in band size. On the largest band setting, if you place 2 fingering under the band at her back and pull on it like a rubber band, it it should only be able to be pulled back about 2 or 3 inches, any more, and she should do down on band size. The band stretches out over time, so it's important that it's tight enough at first. I thought I was a 36C, when I am actually and 34D. My sis fits people for a living! She also said that 60% of all she women she see's with their shirt off, even women you think are perfect, have stretch marks. That made me feel better about myself!

A good sports bra is very important. What the bra looks like is imeritarial. As long as it is comftable and provides good all around support. I am fairly small brested but I do real feel it in my chest and my back if workout unsupported or with a badly fitted bra. Rember that what you look like when you workout is not important as long as you are comftable!!!!

Toning up your chest. There are a varity of exercises she could try. Pressups are very good. I do alot of them for my chest and arms. There are a lots of weights work that can be done. The chest fly and the bench pess are, in my opion, the best excrices for working the pectoral (chest) mussels.

I hope this has helped.
