Russian Kettlebell Training

Hello,

Did anyone in here take up kettlebell training classes? how helpful are they in weight reduction and strength improvement?

Iam looking ffd to join in the training classes, som please post your reviews and help me decide on this.

My goals are : fat loss, posture maintenance, muscle build.:rolleyes:
 
If you're having fun and enjoying yourself you'll make gains. KBs aren't anything special; they're just a different way of training.
 
kettlebell are great

I had taken a few lesson from RKC and found kettlebell to be the best fitness tools.It will surely help in posture maintaince as the drill is very demanding and does not accept compromise on form.As for fat loss,I had no much experience in it,however there are tons of testimonials for it
muscle is not a problem,see the body of Pavel tsatsouline,Steve cotter and you will know.

Best thing I've ever done

Kettlebell training has pretty much changed my life as well as a couple hundred clients that we train at our facility. I use it almost exclusively along with some cycles of DL's, Bench Press, and pull ups of coarse. I was trained by Pavel, and Steve Cotter is a good friend of mine as well. If you haven't tried kb's your missing out.

Hey mstehle, it sounds like you're the resident kettlebell expert. Could you please take a quick gander at the thread I started and point me in the right direction? I have alot of questions regarding this form of exercise...
