A lot of people have boasted the benefits of running...and even though I work out a lot and have toned in various areas, I find I still have trouble running for an extended period of time. I definitely notice this when I am running towards things, e.g. the bus that is supposed to take me to work on time lol. I have tried running, but because I've got a big chest, I find it is too hard, even with a very supportive sports bra. Is there anything I could do to improve my running ability. I love interval training, low impact, circuit training and hi-low workouts...I just fail to understand why I am out of breath so easily still...after working out for a long period of time.
