I'm 18, turn 19 in 1 week. For the last say 5 years i have put weight on, to the point now i'm at 17 stone, ever since i've put weight on i've tried to get it back off again, but nothing ever works. Well it does.. only i give up, I go on to a diet with full intention of sticking to it, but i forget.. and find myself in the same position over and over.
It doesn't help too i work long hours, and so i eat whilst i'm at work. I'll have anything thats quick, because thats most practical in my proffession.
It's not that i don't want to lose weight, i really do, i just don't have ability to stick to it.
So i guess im on here to kind of help me stick to it, i guess that if i pay more attention to how much weight i'm losing, i'll be more likely to stick at it.
I want to lose around 4 stone initially, and maybe more after. My guess is a smaller target will keep me more motivated.
