I have been running for about an hour a day (a mix of sprinting, jogging, and just plain running) with about 15 minutes of stretch/resting but afterwards I get really nauseous and dizzy. I drink about 12-15 cups of water a day or more and I take in more than enough calories (i think). I just started a few days ago and I am thinking that might be the cause. I have ran like this before (I ran track) but it is killing me right now. Any advice???
