When I run on the tread machine.. or even out in the real world.. I run my flat foot.. not on my toes.. How do I fix this.. I have a bad knee (work injury) and wear a brace... But just cannot get off the flat foot run.. Any suggestions..

hey redneck charger, think you can change the size of the image in your signature, it's sorta hard to read things with something that big being where you don't expect it
You should land on your heel, and transfer to your toes. This is usually done so naturally I dont know how you would practice. Arent you a member over at itransforum?
