If i'm walking or doing Aerobics, I can go for an Hour and Not feel tired. When i'm Running, I'm pretty fast but then after 20 seconds i'm out of Breath, My lungs feel like they're Burning and I Just walk/lightly jog for the rest of the time. It takes me around 10 Minutes and I feel like Death!
