Rugby player in need of advice.

Howzit everybody
I'm 18 South African. I've been playing since I was 7, even split between lock and prop with a couple games at 8.
I'm planning on moving to blindside flank next year for varsity and provincial.
If anybody has advice on training programs or general tips, would appreciate the help.
