Routines

Hello, My name is Dylan

I have come to this website to seek help with my weight and after browsing the forums a couple of times, it has motivated me to begin this journey. My stats are as followed:

Height: 5'9
Weight: 190 pounds
Age: 16

I am looking to gain muscle and lose all my fat!! its very disgusting... i already have stretch marks. My problem areas are my stomach, butt, and thighs. Starting today i am beginning to plan a daily routine which involves, hygiene, Exercise, Free time, Studying (So basically everything)
The few problems i am having is:
- No access to a gym at this moment in time
- I like to procrastinate, but trying to over come this
- No idea for meal plans, i have no control over what i have for dinner due to parents who make me that, but i do however have control over my snacks, breakfast and lunch, and i need some choices of healthy foods for these, that are not to complicated.
- I need a body weight routine (So no weights) and i am running 30mins a day, and saturday is my relaxing day so no workout then
