Round Two....Help This Woman!!!

After going to a personal trainor a couple of years ago and losing about twenty pounds, I posted a message on this forum and felt I had the world by the tail. When you get fit and lose weight, life is good! I then invested in the AXT-3 and have yet to use it consistently. The biggest problem I have is I do not know where to begin and this holds me back from seriously getting a program off the ground. The personal trainor really worked because I found it is easy when someone pushes you, and with enthusiam. How do I develop a program that will help me get fit, strong and lose the last ten pounds? I am not afraid of muscle growth in the least, and in fact, I would like to hit the weights the weights hard, and blast the fat once and for all.
