Well about 4 years ago I started my weight-loss journey. I've always been heavy, even as a child. I wasn't fat but I was the big kid and got picked on. By the time I hit college I was fat, up to 284lbs. I started trying to lose weight and made it down to about 225 when I found out I was pregnant with baby number 1. My weight shot up to 299lbs, when I saw that 300 mark hovering right there it scared the heck out of me and I started working really hard. I was doing pretty well when only 3 months later I found out baby number 2 was on his way. I managed to control things fairly well and only went up to about 260.
Finally about a year ago I was on the right path I kicked the 200 mark and was down to 195. Then I got married, got a new job, moved to a new town and somehow left my diet in the dust.
So here I am again, currently at 240lbs with a starting goal of 190lbs by Christmas. If I can do that I'll start thinking about where I really want to end up.
Wish me Luck
