Rotisserie

I am not trying to sell anyone on anything but,

I received the "Showtime Rotisserie Grill" for Christmas. It is AWESOME. It cooks A whole 4 pound chicken perfectly in about an hour. I cooked a pork loin for New Years and it has to be by far the best pork loin I have ever had. I just wet the meat with water and add my spices.....no additional fats. Now the guy claims that it "cuts the fat" but how much fat can you expect to get from lean meat anyway, A little drips off (about a 1/4 cup from a 4 pound chicken) but I guess thats still a 1/4 cup less fat that my family is eating. It is very easy to set up and pretty easy to clean. I recommend it.
