Rotary Cuff Injury

Two or three months ago i was playing rugby and tackled some big guy with the wrong shoulder and it mangled my shoulder. I went to physio and they thought it was a rotary cuff injury. It still is bothering me and i haven't been to the gym for awhile because of it. I'm just wondering for you people that have had an injury like this how long did it take for you to fully recover, because I am very anxious to get back to the gym. Also i'm wondering what kind of exercises or methods you used to help it recover.

You tackled a guy and i guess both of you went down......and the ground caused you injury, or maybe the initial impact. That doesnt sound like the rotator cuff....that sounds like a AC Separation or a dislocated shoulder(you would know this one immediately LOL)

I recently had an AC Separation form endo-ing off my bike and well.....7 weeks of r&r its about 95%. so, idk what to tell ya.....did you Doc do an x-ray?
