Hello everyone
smile.gif
I am a student, an educator, and a educational television nerd. :p I am a huge fan of puns, which is probably due to my cheesy sense of humor, and I also enjoy helping others. I am quite new to the idea of weight loss blogging, so I am a bit nervous and a bit "noob" when it comes to the aspect of it. However, for the longest time I have been trying to tone up, and gain more muscle, but I could not develop the motivation to continue it. Not only that, but I would like more ab definition, and I am having trouble doing so. It is almost as if I am in a rut. I was chubby as a kid, lost weight about three years ago, and now I feel as though my body has gotten comfortable or used to things, and is not progressing the way I would like. My weight is currently 125lbs, but I would like to tone up my abdomen because I am quite insecure about my stomach. I want to get into blogging because it is always nice to have support and there are some things that I could be doing wrong with my workout, nutrition regimen that I could change. I want to make this a lifestyle, not just a destination.

If there is anything else you would like to know about me, please feel free to ask :)

Hello Rondie20, and welcome to the forum. I think you'll find that there are alot of very supportive people here. Most of us are trying to lose weight, and it sounds like you've already done that and managed to keep it off...that's excellent! I exercise like crazy to keep losing the weight so feel free to stop by my diary anytime...I would suggest you set yourself some goals (time to exercise every day, calories burned...whatever is motivating for you, but set them). Also, make an effort to post every day on this forum...it's a simple way of holding yourself accountable to your own goals!

I look forward to reading your diary...always good for me to get motivation from others too!

Sarah
