Hey ladies and gentlemen. I'm glad to be a new member, treat me as you wish. Just looking to get in better shape than my current state. Here to help as well.

Now I'll tell you a little about myself. I'm 19, 5'5", 128lbs. I was a Cross Country runner for 7 years, Pole Vaulted 5 years, Wrestled 2 years. I love running, mountian biking, bouldering, hiking, ultimate... and my car. I am a student at Clemson University studying Mechanical Engineering.
