Ripped Fuel? Switch

Been taking Ripped fuel for about 2-3 months and ive seen some good prgress in my workouts in the 1st month but its been a little slower the last month. But I am at the end of my bottle, and Ive been looking for seomthing new and I read that thermo burst is a good energizer and burns fat? Should I stick with the ripperd Fuel or have you heard good things about thermo burst? Also Should i be mixing in a protein shake or bar after my workouts to Help me bulk up a little more while I'm taking a fat Burner?
 
its possible your body is getting accustomed to it. maybe stay off it awhile and then try it again

and yes, carbs and protein are needed after workouts. :)
