Right arm way bigger than left

I'm not that into weightlifting. I've done it my whole life, 28 now, but I'm not big. I stick with pretty light weights, which is probably why. Maybe genetics has something to do with it.

Anyways, my right arm/side is noticeably more defined and muscular than my left. Its getting to the point of annoying. On my right I can still just grasp my right wrist, and still touch fingers. However, on my left I can easily do it, and its seems to be at the same point I was at in high school.

Obviously, I can only think that I'm somehow cheating when I'm working out. Does anyone have any tips on what to lookout for?

Here is a link to a pic, so you can see I'm not exaggerating. Also, you can see my right shoulder lies lower than my left, which I would assume is because the right muscles are pulling the left side up? I also, wonder if this is why I'm having upper back pain on the left side between my shoulder blades.

edit: BTW, the link is to my pic not an advertisement for the site, althought it does look that way.

your link requires a login.

are you doing unilateral work? like one arm lat pulldowns, and dumbell work? or are you sticking to machines and barbells, which allow you to cheat with your stronger side, keeping the weaker side small?

Sorry, I guess you have to be a member to view pics on there. I forgot about that.

For about a year I've been working with dumbells on arm, and some shoulder exercises. I use both arms for lat pulldowns, bench press, and shoulder press, though.
