I have posted before on my weight loss, but im at a plateau now and im wondering if doing cardio 6-7x a week is to much? i goto the gym and do weight training 3x a week. Would it be ok to do cardio only on days i dont do weights? I was losing 2-3lbs a week, now its slowed down and ive lost about 4lbs in 4 weeks. I was 240lbs, im now about 186, and im 5'7. I was in a big rush to lose the weight bc im sick of bein fat, but im coming to realize its gonna be slow progress from now on.. how much cardio is to much? is there such thing as to much cardio?
