Today (wednesday) i had my reward meal well today at breakfast i had the 1/2 the sugar fruity pebbles a bowl of them, then a snack i had some oatmeal with some skim milk in it, lunch a salad with fat free dressing and a orange (4 wheat thin crackers) when i came home i had a dixie cup full of Wheat Chex cereal (without the milk) then for my reward dinner i ate at pizza hut in which i had 3-4 breadsticks 3 small thin crust pieces of pizza and a small ceaser salad. To me that sounds like a lot i had and i feel bad about it when i came home i ran 2 miles. After eating the pizza and everything i feel all bloated and EVEN MORE fatty feeling!! So tell me if you would how u think my day was even with the pizza junk.
