Reward Food

Today (wednesday) i had my reward meal well today at breakfast i had the 1/2 the sugar fruity pebbles a bowl of them, then a snack i had some oatmeal with some skim milk in it, lunch a salad with fat free dressing and a orange (4 wheat thin crackers) when i came home i had a dixie cup full of Wheat Chex cereal (without the milk) then for my reward dinner i ate at pizza hut in which i had 3-4 breadsticks 3 small thin crust pieces of pizza and a small ceaser salad. To me that sounds like a lot i had and i feel bad about it when i came home i ran 2 miles. After eating the pizza and everything i feel all bloated and EVEN MORE fatty feeling!! So tell me if you would how u think my day was even with the pizza junk.
 
Mmm..pizza. Personally, Schlotskies makes the best pizza :p

Anyways, that sounds like a fairly good day....lots of calories (it's making me cringe since, at the minute, I'm eating less than 1500 and still gorging :p). But I guess since that was your reward 'meal' it was okay.
 
Just think that guilt is a really good ally, since its gonna be there when u slip up on ur diet, and then u will more then likely do more cardio or something just because ur guilty. Thats what i do at least;)
 
Pizza wont hurt for a once a week cheat meal i had it the other week, But i thought just the other day you were saying that you had your cheat meal? :) I thought you said you had frys and stuff.
 
yea i did on saturday...but my next cheat meal wont be till NEXT saturday. My mom picked pizza hut for this night instead of a weekend night so this weekend ill eat healthy ya know??
 
dont be so "anal" about your diet, i have "cheat" meals every week or so, not huge ones, but things i wouldnt consider totally healthy, but there not going to phase your or my goals.

Well see i started my diet/excercising about 3 months ago and in the first 2 months i lost 20 some pounds but this morning i got on the scale and it said i weighed 134 and just like the other day i weighed 137. I know you people are thinking im a skinny B*tch or something but im not i swear i still have my chubby belly that wont just go away!!! :confused: But yesterdsay i didnt drink alot of water do you think thats what it was? wait is that what people are saying thats water weight cuz i never understood that?
 
Some people say the first 5-10 pounds is water weight, others say it's mixed with fat...so on and so forth, any and all could be true because different bodies have different needs/metabolisms, yada yada.

Now, if you didn't drink a lot of water yesterday, then your body will be holding the water, not loosing it.
 
I'm gettin confused...What exactly is water weight??? The first 10 pounds i lost was 2 months ago almost 3 its been like a month since i lost any weight except for what i seen this morning but i dont know..??
 
Dont think im stuipd or anything lol im just confused and dont understand this lol So if i drink like 7 glasses of water today it and weigh myself and if i see its like really higher than what it was i shouldnt worry because its just water weight??? is that what everyone is saying that water weight is?
 
I have been drinking a lot of water lately. When is the best time for me to weigh myself to get an accurate number?
 
There is no best time to weigh yourself! Just keep the time consistent. Weight is nothing compared to bodyfat % anyway, so don't worry about water-weight.
