Revenge of the 50 year old body!

I managed to stay about 130 most of my adult life due to an active lifestyle, (farm living, physically demanding jobs etc,)
even though I have always eaten lots & love fats, all fats.

After changing careers about 6 years ago the weight started to creep up & I ended up at 155.

Skip ahead to last November when I totally changed my diet, less fats, more veggies & then around March started watching calories & exercising daily.

The weight has come off slowly but surely but the difference of me at 130 now & me at 130 - 6 years ago is huge.

I don't know if it is gravity or what but I just don't look as slim at this weight as I used to. I am going to have to lose 5 to 10 more pounds by the look of it.

That'll teach me to let things slide! Anyone else out there noticed this about their older bodies.

For all I know it might be one of those things that everyone knows.

I was so clueless about dieting stuff that I never even twigged that pretty much all food now has calorie & nutrition labelling, (at least here in Canada so I am assuming it is the same in the US.)

i can sort of related (though im only 21) ive had a baby.. i weigh less then i have in years(even before being pregnant) i think my shape just changed cause some clothes seem to fit tighter then they use to.. shoot im just happy im able to zip up my pants even if some are a lil snug lol
