returning from injury, where to start?

hi, this is my 1st time posting hoping to get some help, i used to play rugby and unfortunately had to give it up because of injury , i have now been given the all clear to play again (so happy) however the last 3-4 years i basically havent trained at all. im hoping to get a bit of advise on where to start as most training programs for rugby seem to be jumping in the deep end. I 'm 23 years old 5ft 11 and currently 20.5 stone, i know and plan to lose weight to get down to 18 stone which is about the weight i used to be when at my best, i played no.8 and would love to return to that position but know my fitness needs huge improvement. im aiming to be fit enough to play for next season starting in september so time is on my side i think. any help would be greatly appreciated.
