Hey there everyone its been a long time since I've used this site but as I've been struggling the last few months or so I reckon this is the perfect place to come to get back on track.
Let me tell you a few things about me
- I'm 6ft tall
- I weigh 92kg
- the excess weight is all around my gut
- I'm a postman so every monring I walk a fair old distance carrying a heavy bag
- I do karate 2-3 times a week (1.5 hr sessions)
- I like running but due to all the walking I don't get out as often as I like
despite being so active I just can't shift the last bit around my gut, I have a sneaky suspicion its down to my rather poor diet but I find it difficult to limit what I eat as my jobs seems to super charge my appetite.
I've attached a couple of photo's to show my progress so far and I would love some advice on how to firm up my belly with out doing more exercise lol
