Who's excited for another great Wednesday Weigh-In? Meeeeee! =D One quick note: I was fidgeting with my scale settings last week, and realized that my user profile wasn't quite right. My age hadn't been updated since I bought the thing, and my height had been put in a bit wrong (I had very lazily rounded up not knowing the number would affect the calculations at the time). I've corrected this now, but it may skew the numbers a bit... more accurate, but hard to compare to the old ones perhaps. Hm. I did weigh myself right after corrected it so I can use the scale memory to compare to that. On the charts today we have:
Fifth Weigh In
Weight: 168.6lbs
Bust: 36 in
Waist: 31.5 in
Hips: 42 in
Thigh: 25 in
Body fat: 38.4% (when first corrected it was 39.5)
Muscle: 26.0% (when first corrected 25.1)
Well, my measurements are more are less the same, give or take a pound up and half an inch back where it was in the my thigh. The scale does say that I'm less fatty and more muscle though. But annoyingly optimistic though I may be, this is starting to get a little frustrating when I think about how fast I got results last time I started working out. I was zipping through a few pounds of weight loss a month and seeing dramatic change pretty quickly. This time - no such luck. I am getting stronger, which is awesome, but I look about the same. Its also worth noting the the scale measures a "visceral fat" level, which I don't know much about, but mine is on the high side of healthy - sounds like a thing I want to lower. To be working this hard and not seeing anything from it, I gotta figure my eating habits just aren't "in gear" enough, so I'm going to keep a more careful eye on that and try to stop slipping up with sub sandwiches and such.
