results?

Ive been lifting for a few months now. and im not sure what kind of results i should b seeing. I notice my body is slightly more toaned. I know I probably haven't been wrkin out long enough, but im not sure if im pushing myself enough. I workout 3 days a week, for about an hour and do cardio when i can.
 
It takes time, if you notice results in just a few months I'm sure you're doing fine. I don't know how you're splitting your body parts in those 3 days but remember not to do the same muscle back to back unless it's calves, abs, forearms or neck. You can do cardio all you want.
