I began my diet in June at 111 KG and dropped to 105 after about a month, then I went on vacations, and stopped the diet. However the weight seems to be constant there was no gain of weight, thanks to all the swimming and walking.
Now I am getting back into weight loss, as from September 18th and hope to drop to 85Kg over time which is fine for my height and build.
I will be doing 1800 calories and at least 60 minutes of walking per day.
