During next 3 months or so, I won't be able to access gym. So I'm pondering on another alternative such as buying resistance band and jump rope just so that I can keep on with my schedule. I know how to get a good rope but I have no idea of resistance band. I did search in this site but to no avail. I would be appreciated if anyone of you, have answers to my following questions.
What resistance should I get?
What is the outcome/result? In other words, does it have pretty inferior result comparing to actual weights?
What brand would be the best to get?
