resistance band

I've not need any qualified and knowledgable trainer recommend it for strength and/or fat loss. They recommend it for rehabilitation and warm-up before a workout.
 
I have never used a resistance band for hip or abs...I have used it for shoulder, triceps, and leg training...and it is a nice addition to your regular weight training. You definitely get a nice burn when using the band for pulses. I have also used a band on my off days with stretching and I get some great stretches with the band. Anyway, good luck!:)
