Alan Aragon puts out a monthy research review that is fantastic. He's a guy I respect more than most in this industry.

It's worthy for anyone who is interested in the detailed side of things.

And its easy to understand. We read several research papers throught the semester but they were jammed with words that you had to constantly look up and reference other books that it was hard to fully understand what you were reading.

I will for sure be looking for more of his work! :)
 
Yea, being into research isn't fun. Many scientists seem to use vocabulary most wouldn't understand; it's borderline hyperbolic. I used to do a lot of research. Now I leave it to guys like Alan and Lyle who love the stuff to filter it for me. I'm too busy training and living to care to waste that sort of time researching without biased.

I mean I still research if there's a particular thing I'm interested in.

But it's much, much less than what I used to do.
 
I enjoy reading it if I can understand it and I think it would be a great experience to get out and do clinical trials, but that would be the extent of my interest.
