last few days have all gone wrong, eating shit again and not been exercising. this happens everytime i try and im so determined not to let it beet me again.

any words of advice or inspiration would be more than appreciated.

Don't let it get you down. Remember tomorrow is a new day. You get to start over with a fresh slate. You can get over this. Days like this happen to all of us. Keep up the hard work you'll be so glad you did.

:iagree:That is excellent advice! Tomorrow is a new, clean day. Since you cannot undo what has been done, why worry about it for even one minute? You know what you need to do to achieve success.

I have often said, "It's not what you're eating - it's what's eating you." Examine your life right now and see if there is anything in particular stressing you out, or anything causing you to fear your own success. Sounds weird, but it can't hurt to do some introspection.

Hang in there! Make better choices tomorrow. YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP! :smash:

Cheers

Don't let your setbacks dictate your future! Just as everyone has already said, just move on tomorrow and don't dwell. You can't change whats been done, but you can make good choices tomorrow.

Tomorrow's a new day...the next hour is a new hour. Whenever I have a few bad days I'll look back and realize that during the week I didn't eat junk at all. I think for your sanity you should have a day with a cheat meal. Or try to fit something small that you like into your calories for a day or two. It helps a lot and you'll probably stay on track better. Don't feel down over this, everyone goes through it. You'll be fine.

I've been having those problems too. But for me, I get the motivation to stick to it for like a month, then all my steam runs out and I get off track. THIS TIME, I've taken the approach that "I wont let this ruin me, I'll limp through this down period and then come back." Which may seem, not so good, but in the long run, limping through the bad moments is much better than ditching everything completely and waiting around to get back on track.

:iagree: A few days is a teeny, tiny percentage of your life. It's nothing in the big picture.

You can also take this as an opportunity to learn something about yourself. WHY did you eat what you did? What were you feeling, how can you avoid putting yourself in that position again?

Then, move on! The sooner you stop dwelling and get back to it, the sooner you'll reach your goal.
