Hey everyone!
Check this out.
I go to play 5-aside football on Sunday's between 6 and 7 in the evening. I consider myself to be quite fit, although before i was going once every month or so, but now i've decided to start going weekly. My theory is the more i do it the fitter i'll get (obviously).
But there's something thats annoying me, i play well most of the game and fairly hard for an hour straight. But by the end of it i'm absolutely Beetroot red in the face, not just slightly on the cheeks and forehead, i'm talking in the eye socket area, just the complete face.
I look at my mates at the end of the game and the majority of them are sweaty but not red.
Why is this? Any doctors or PT's out there?
FYI: Im 22, quite slim at 67Kgs ish.
Teddy
