recovering from multiple injuries

about a month ago i was on my bike and got hit by a car. i injured my left hamstring and im in therapy for it im walking and doing 50lb leg press 30 reps. i used to bike and run alot. my right leg is my dominant its uninjured. im still recovering from a severe concussion. i was stuck on a couch for about a month and now im jsut starting to move around again. i have the iron gym at my disposal. what can i do to regain muscle and lose the extra fat i packed on without risking my leg or concussion getting worse.

Seriously, there is no way for anyone on this forum to understand the extend of your very serious injuries. Please discuss a workout plan with your doctor and therapist. When you get a clean bill of health come back and get some ideas. I hope you heal quickly.

I agree with trek. However, if you do the best you can to get back to your former function and shape, I believe you will get there. Sure, some things may not be the same, but aim to have normal movement again in whatever movement you are struggling with.

Sorry I can't be more specific as I don't have a clear sense of how exactly your walking, jogging and cycling is effected, but my point is to gradually (and safely) aim to restore normality in your movement and adjust so that you can resume physical activities.

I hope I'm not to vague.

I am also suffering from multiple injuries and I have tried more to get relaxed but I could not get much relaxed as I want. Please tell me what should I do?
