So I turned 30 last month. In the months leading up to it I decided I wasn't happy at how lazy I had become, elected to do something about it.
In April, I was 6'1" 285...today I'm 6'1" 240. Up until about 2 weeks ago was doing nothing more than cutting back on calories, but have recently taken the plunge and got a gym membership. Just mostly looking for strategies and occasional advice on how to get me to my target, which is to get down to about 200 pounds while adding at least 20 pounds of muscle (I have a larger frame that allows me to carry more weight without issue).
