I wasn't into the whole cooking thing today. On button on the blender and the start button on the microwave and that was that.

Breakfast- Protein shake. (680 Calories)

Lunch- Cottage cheese with diced peaches single, saag paneer. (815 Calories)

Dinner- (0calories)

Calories = 1495
 
Hey, sometimes that's all you can do. Well done getting some food in you nevertheless.
 
Woke up this morning at 5am starving so I guess I didnt eat enough yesterday or at least my body doesn't think I had enough food. Today I'll actually cook something.
 
Went out with Gael for awhile. She talked me into cutting my hair and getting my beard shaved off....... How does she do that?????????

Food........

Breakfast- 4 extra large scrambled eggs with garlic, onion, red bell pepper and topped with salsa, 3 slices black pepper bacon. (549 Calories)

Lunch- Liverwurst and mustard on low carb flat wrap, cappuccino. (753 Calories)

Dinner- 12.7 ounce grilled pork loin, Brussels sprouts with butter. (728 calories)

Calories = 2030
 
Also: I´m very glad you have access to normal food again but I thought about you anyway when I saw my favorite Frenchy try to come up with helpful recipes for people caught with only pantry items. And loads of canned tuna...
 
Went shopping again today and ended up at the store with a sushi counter; never a good idea.........

Food....

Breakfast- Cappuccino. (140 Calories)

Lunch- Subway salad -w- chicken, blue cheese dressing. (336 Calories)

Dinner- Tuna sushi + Salmon sushi (1320 calories)

Calories = 1796
 
I had hell sleeping last night. I must have woken up about 8 times. Just a long series of short disturbing lucid dreams. I normally don't remember my dreams except for the really intense ones.
It's just about noon so I should be thinking about breakfast. I'm not sure if I'm in the mood to cook. I'm some where between grilled ham steak and eggs or just throw a couple of weetabix in a bowl and call it done.
