Yea my son in law works at the prision and they get paid monthly.
I do buy fresh veggies sometimes; it just really depends on what im planning on cooking.
 
Calories were a little low today. Didnt eat lunch because my stomach was inside out and upside down.
Mental note: no more 3 pound salads ugggg.

Breakfast- Huge salad; lettuce, cucumber, diced red tomato, yellow grape tomatoes, avocado, kalamata olives, boiled egg, ham, turkey, muenster cheese, avocado verde yogurt based dressing. (1033 calories)

Lunch- nope.... (0 calories)

Dinner-Chicken tandoori with spinach. (400 calories)

Dinner- broiled pork chop 16.1 ounces, 2 baby-bel cheese rounds. (784 calories)

Didnt lose but didnt gain either. Still at 387. Eating truck stop food for the last week and a half didnt hurt me quite as bad as i thought.

Lunch- Turkey flat wrap with avocado and mayo, saag paneer, glass of 2% milk. (1129 calories)

Dinner- Baked pork loin, yellow grape tomatoes, kalamata olives. (451 calories)

Mmm, turkey flat wrap with avocado sounds gorgeous - though I´d probably add some fresh herbs plus something crunchy instead of the mayo and cheese but that may well be due to the heavy food I´ve been eating the past couple of days :p

Yea mayo and avocado is one of those weird combinations I've liked since i was a lil bitty rebel.
 
I love a little mayo with avocado, plus some home-made rhubarb chutney. Bean sprouts with it & some hard-boiled egg makes it super yummy!

Never tried a chutney. Here its mostly salsa and a relish here or there. Might give it a whirl.
