The food I had lastnight though I really couldn't tell you what any of it was. My stomach has been upside down and inside out all day. I think if you cutout all raw sugar out of your diet when you have some its sickening to the tummy. I think I poisoned myself.
 
A lot of running around today.....

Breakfast- salad; just some salad mix and some yogurt based salad dressing. (108 Calories)

Lunch- Starbucks soy flat white. (190 Calories)

Dinner- Nigiri sushi. (420 calories)

Calories = 718

Yup, body is a beast of habit. Works the same the other way around though, so it´s not really a case of poisoning. Except when you´ve got insulin issues, of course.
 
Today was a busy day. It's like everyone wanted to see me at once. Went to the doctor and the psychiatrist and the nutritionist. I'm going to hide inside my room tomorrow.

Food.........

Breakfast- 2 wraps with sliced turkey and avocado. (481 Calories)

Lunch- Green grapes. (100 Calories)

Dinner- 2 broiled turkey patties. (320 calories)

Calories = 901
 
Well all the doctors I saw yesterday were pretty good visits.

Doctor/ GP
Last blood draw looks good. Blood sugar and cholesterol are just where they are supposed to be. All the other things I can pronounce are good as well.
She noticed I had a temp of 100 and bubbling in my lungs. It's just a good ole fashioned case of pneumonia. Thats probably why my energy has been zapped the last week or so.

Psychiatrist
It was the same as always. She wants me back on my bipolar meds and insisted on talking about things I really dont want to talk about.

Nutritionist
I decided to go back to just dealing with things myself.

So all and all it was a busy day.
 
Well decided to check my weight. I didnt really want to see the number after the party and eating mostly junk while the power was out. Somehow I managed to drop 4 pounds. So thats a loss so far of about 118 pounds. So onward and upward..........
 
Glad Doc 1 caught your pneumonia, that's not something you want to toy with too much. Also glad Doc 2 is obviously looking after you. "Doc" 3... I understand. Just try not to undereat too much. But you knew I was going to say that. Great job on the bp and cholesterol!
 
Today was a mystery calorie day.. Everything was going good till one of the kiddos made baked spaghetti. Oh well it just means bread and water for the next three days.......

Breakfast- Starbucks cappuccino. (140 Calories)

Lunch- Saag paneer. (480 Calories)

Dinner- Baked spaghetti (????? calories)

Calories = 620 + ?????
 
Always make an informed guess. Was it greasy? Did you have a large portion? That would put me at 800 kcal or so. Your portions are larger than mine so maybe twice that? Can´t imagine it being more.

No it really wasnt that bad. I could have eaten an absurd amount like 2500 calories and that would still be at or near my maintenance calories.
Just being silly :)
