Reasonable Goal?

Im 172 as of 1/12/05 (Thats with all of my clothes on)
From just exercising everyday, and Lifting Weights every other day, do you guys think its reasonable to drop to 162 in 1 month? I'm hoping I'll loose the weight reguardless just by eating right, but my metabolism is really slow, so its hard to loose weight fast, other than burning a alot of calories. What I'm going to Start doing as of today (1/12/05) Is Jumping Rope throughout the weekdays, and Jog at least 2 miles once a weekend.
 
A standard "average" loss would be about 1 lb per week. But, it is entirely possible to loose 2-4 per week with an exceptional eye on your diet and workout detail!

The most important thing would be to avoid deviation of any kind. Make your plans and stick to them 101%.

Also, since you were 172 with clothes, 162 is really only about 8 lbs away naked!
