really need to get started

Well i just started to really try to lose weight last sunday and it is going great.I am walking at VERY least 1hour a day.No fast food or soda and for me thats great.I was drinking about 6 Dr.peppers a day or more:eek: .Fast food aboout 3-4 times a week.:eek:
Starting at 250lbs and 27 years and hoping to atleast get to 160 by the end of May 2007.My big down side is i dont have a gym anywhere close to where i live and i think it is something i am going to need to lose this much.I am a mom of three little boys and it makes it hard to with the littler one not at school he is only 2 and climbs on me ever time i get in the floor to anything.Even telling him to sit by me he screams and wants to sit ON me.
I know nothing about eatting heathy and whats good for you and bad in lables on food.I have read all throught this fourm and still dont under stand it :confused: so anything someone can tell me will help.
I really need to know if theres some kinda pill that will make me feel like i want to get up and move.Im not a pill popper and its scary to here the things some of them can do to you.I need something as safe as it can be i dont even take as much as cold meds.If i can get out of it cause they scare me.i aint looking for a magic pill to lose it just something that will make feel like i want to get up and do it:( .
:) i did go through the before and after pics and that place is just great i love looking in there.You all worked so hard and its really paying off and helping others like myself to do this.THANKS for reading so its so long:) .
