How realistic is your goal?
Fairly realistic I believe. I have lost 50 pounds in 3 months before and can do it again

5 foot 7 inches
If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?
115 pounds
At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
115 pounds
Why do you want to lose weight?
To look and feel healthy
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?
Going on vacation in October 2010 to SoCal and December 2010 to Hawaii
Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Binge and habitual eating
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
Yes. Calorie restriction and exercise
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Plan to do that here
What are your three favorite foods?
Potatoes, garlic and garbanzo beans
What are your three favorite restaurants?
None. I never eat out
If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Go buy tons of nice clothing and lingerie
Do you eat when you are not hungry?
Used to
Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
Yes. Not anymore hopefully
Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
Yes
Do you eat as a reward?
Not really
Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer?
Indeed
What do you normally eat for a meal?
Dinner? Usually consists of potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and tofu
What type of snacks do you eat?
M&M's are my vice
In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
Crunches, speed walking and hiking
Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
Home. I have a treadmill, total gym and an ab roller
What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Jogging and hiking
What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
Eat nothing until dinner. Drink vegetable-fruit juice during the day. Nothing but water after dinner. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes daily
