I just wanted to find out all of your opinions. I am pretty much ok-ish with my weight etc. And ideally i'd like to be totally happy with the way i look, and i estimate that that would be to loose another 7pounds or so. I weight 127 pounds at present. So how realistic is this aim? i have read on lots of posts that loosing a little bit of weight when you are nearly at perfect weight is harder than shedding alot of weight. I eat healthy as it is but i don't exercise, so what exercising would you recommend? Im not a member at a gym, so i'd have to exercise at home or outside i suppose. So how much exercise should i be doing, and how often? I really want to get into a routine that i enjoy doing, rather than being like 'oh god, exercise
