Im going on a cruise in July and I would like to lose 30 pounds by then. Does thise seem like an unrealistic idea? I know I would have to work my ass off, but it wouls be totally worth it! I def want to wear a bathing suit and look fantastic!!

I would like to hear some of your comments!
Thanks

I went on a cruise May2007 and I was a bit chubby then, but you know what, I still had a blast! April of this year, I'm going on another cruise. I'm aiming to lose some weight before then but I don't have a precise weight. But, if I can at least drop 10-15 pounds, I'll be happy. Happy regardless though. :sifone:

Please enjoy your trip even if you don't make your weigh in weight. After all, it is a vacation. Good luck as July nears. With some thought and dedication, you can breeze right through your target weight.

...hanging up my goal bathing suit is a great idea!!!

Thnks for the courage best wishes! im going to try REALLY hard!!

That is most definitely reasonable. If you want to bust your ass (yeah, I got puns), aim for 40.

I'm running at a 2.4 lbs/week pace right now, and it isn't leaving me without paying for it in blood and tears. :D 2.4 is a bit excessive, though. 40 is 2/week assuming you mean the beginning of July.

why tupe of things should i be doing to aim for 2ibs per week? (40ibs WOULD BE AMAZING!!)

Im kinda just in my "down time" meaning Im not feeling motivated quite yet. But iam going to see a doctor who, does some test and figures out the types of food to eat to make your metabolism faster.

I usually go to the gym mon/wed/sun or tue/thur/sun
and I do my hip hop abs in between. I try and eat around 1200-1500 cals per day. I try and eat lots of veggies, protien fruit

here is a sample of my menu plan

Breakfast: 2 scrambled egg whites on whole wheat toast/tea
Lunch: 1cup veggies, some sort of protien/fruit
Dinner: 1 cup veggies/protien/carb
Snacks: special k bar/or popcorn..

I want to do this cause I wanna look good!! Please give some tips! Thanks guys :coolgleamA:
