Ready To Transform

Hello everyone. I'm from Delaware,USA and looking to make some key changes and get into the best shape of my life, although my life is just starting, I'm only 26. Now is the best time to make these changes because, the longer I wait the harder it is.

The whole reason I got into this fitness frame of mind is I was tried of saying I wanted to get fit and look good for a long time with it always ending with a pizza and a beer. I didn't have the motivation before. To help me with this I challenged a few of my co workers to see who can change their apperance the most by June 22, 2008. Not a total weight loss in pounds since they are a lot heavier and will burn fat fast and have more to lose, it's a total transformation challenge. I'm 5'11" 208lbs and hope to be down to a lean and muscular 185-190 lbs by June 22nd.

I look forward to chatting with everyone and getting support, answers, tips and criticism from anyone who wants to offer it.
