hello everyone, just stopping in to say hello. Found this forum on the net after a few years of learning about fitness and I have to say this is one of the better informational forums I have found. You guys seem very helpful and eager to help people like me and everyone else in this fitness community.

I hope to be a regular poster, and learn as well as share some of the successes that I have acquired in my new 2 year life.

What are your personal goals? You could make a Diet and Training journal in the appropriate section of the forum and you could put your diet and training information in that and ask questions. Alot of forum members see these logs and this would serve you well.
